Day at the Atlanta Aquarium

Well we were not going to go to the aquarium because our list of things to see and do here is soooo long and since we'd seen the Chicago one we thought we'd skip Atlanta. BUT....... EVERYONE here says "you have to see the aquarium, it's the largest one in the world" So... we paid the Arm, leg and foot to get in $25 a person OUCH and.........what did we think..........CHICAGO'S WAS WAY BETTER! There were no dolphins, no sharks and no whales. Well I take that back there were Baluga whales which we love and a Shark whale.... (weird) but what kind of aquarium doesn't have DOLPHINS. No Shows either, we were highly disappointed BUT the day was still enjoyable and Taylor LOVED THE SEA OTTER. They played through the glass together and Taylor just smiled the whole time. I got to touch a sting ray, Yuck-o.

Atlanta Braves Game

The Braves beat the Dodgers 6-4. It was the perfect day for a game. Taylor loved it. Although he did catch a nap (I don't know how it was SOoooo loug) but I guess he finds baseball sort of a bore, we KNOW if it was a football/basketball game he'd of been more in to it. :) I'd wanted for years to see the Braves and my favorite CHIPPER JONES, well he pinch hit for someone and STRUCK OUT. OUCH and then got kicked out of the game for arguing the call (although EVERYONE was booing the 3rd strike call) it was disappointing. Amazing view of downtown Atlanta from the stadium. Lots of fun with the office.

Taylors first visit to the pool

Well he cried for a split second (the water was COLD) but then he kinda liked it. He liked it most when I would just hold him and splash in the water. Overall I think he really liked it, if nothing else- he looked sooo cute.

So worn out from all the errands mom runs me on

Two Georgia Peaches

Georgia Peach

Well we made it to good ol' Mcdonough Georgia (just 20 min. south of Atlanta) and we are all doing great. The place we live is soo nice, pool, theatre, car wash and free cookies in the lobby. :) The heat and humidity is ok so far and I'm in denial that its going to get worse. James' office is doing really well, all the normal bumps of summer sales at first but things are going great, we have a GREAT office full of great people.
Taylor is growing like a weed and each new day does something new. WOW WHAT A BLESSING IT IS TO BE HOME WITH HIM. As of two days ago he's discovered that he doesn't just like to roll over, he likes to ROLL all over the floor. We did have an accident yesterday, he rolled right off the bed, needless to say we FRIEKED out, but all is well. I'm sure he'll have many more bumps and bruises along the journey of life. He likes to talk a lot and scream high pitched (not mad just to hear himself) and he LOVES his own pictures, needless to say he's a little obsessed with himself. haha! Well have a great day and from all of us in Georgia WE MISS YOU!
